I have a mac 7500 running OS 9.2. I have 904mb memory, G3 400 processor
card. I not sure about my video memory or l2 cache. Here's my problem: It
takes forever for web pages to load in my browser. I can see at the boottom
of browser window" receiving xyz info" but it takes forever to display on my
screen. Please help.

Compare page loading with your browser from an HTML file on your hard disk to the loading time for a page online.
If loading from a hard disk also seems slow more VRAM or a PCI display card will probably help
A $ 20 Twin Turbo from the swap list may be what you need.
