Hi,
Finally had the chance yesterday to open it up. Not the easiest thing in the world. The power plug is fixed in place along with the data cable at the rear of the unit. Managed to pull the drive out, reseat and put it all back together but no change. Could it be one of the low voltages? Now i'm sorry my multimeter is at work!

Hi all;
I've got a 6360 that did the same thing. Dead as a hammer, or so it seemed. I took the CD out, opened it up, cleaned the lens with a Q-tip and a little alcohol, let it dry a little and was back in business. HTH --Thanks; Rev. George --Maranatha (means the Lord cometh)
