Don't think so. I have seen pictures of a home-made CD-ROM cover made
from a ZIP cover. The CD-ROM was mounted to the plastic sled by 
drilling new holes closer to the front of the machine. The cover was
then carefully cut away to allow the drive to be flush with the
front of the cover, much like the drive covers on many PCs.
