Jim,
The first thing you need to do is set your clock to the present time and
date. If after each time you restart it sets your date to 1956, then you
need to replace PRAM battery. The first PCI card is a PC card made by Orange
Micro. Go to: <http://www.orangemicro.com/updates.html>  The second card
appears to be a PCI SCSI card made by Atto Express.
