Hey folks,
I have a 9500 running 8.6. It's been upgraded to a G3/400 processor. Does anyone know of a way to upgrade 8.6 to 9.0 using an installation disc from a G4 machine? The disc I'm using came from my G4 machine and of course it won't install in the 9500 and it gives me the expected "This OS can not be installed on your configuration" warning sign or something of that sort.

Some listers extrac files using " Tomeview " and then manually installing to disk.
OWC has iMac 9.1 disks that will install to any machine. These are cheap. -- Adrian
