Hi,
I have a 7600 with a 2GB scsi drive and a pci IDE card connected to a 4GB IDE disk. These work perfectly under OS 9.1. Using the sonnet software to allow use of OS X I've tried installing OS 10.3 onto the 4Gb drive using both a HPFS and then a 'unix' format. On both occasions the reboot after installation leads to a kernel panic and something along of the lines 'we just hang here' with a reference to the cpu in amongst lots of 0's etc.
The 7600 has the cache chip removed lots of memory and I suppose should work using the software from sonnet. Can anyone suggest a potetntial culprit or solution ?

      Regards Steve Jarvis
