If it is the 4 pin Molex type connector any decent electronic supply should 
have them. I ordered one from Cyberguys a couple of years ago for less than $2.

Cyberguys also have a variety of "cooling fan power wires" (their wording) if 
you need a different type of connector. Still, best to buy it from a local 
electronics store if you can and save the relatively high shipping costs. --glen
