It's controlled by the CPU card/carrier. If you have one of the
original CPU cards, there isn't much to be done about the bus speed.
There are likely a few surface-mount components that can be
removed/replaced to change the speed, but it's hardly worth it to go
that route anymore. Easier and cheaper to just get a G3/G4 upgrade
card, or a faster 604e. If you don't want to spend much money, eBay or
the LEM Swap list often have some of the older G3 or 604e upgrades for
very little.
