I need some advice and am not a member of the iMac list
anymore,reason below:

My iMac 233mhz monitor went out, or did it ?
could it be a flyback transformer, because when it starts/chimes!
A glow, on the power button stays amber, never turns green...
If I keep at it, say about 20 times it will boot up just fine, except
that at that point the hard drive is fragged again from booting it so much.
At one point I was all the way installing 9.2.2, then went loaded Mac Os
10.1.3 and it was working just fine... Yes, I have it partationed, First part.
8 GB,

Anyway Should I just bite the bullet or does anybody want to fix it for me
And at what cost?

Thanks for any responce.

Please anybody send me an email soon too:
