It's hard to give recommendations when we don't
know what your set up is. What else is on the
network?
Sorry for the confusion
Let me try this a different way
I have a 7600 with USB/Firewire card and also a Laserwriter 16/600 printer.
The 7600 is not on or in a network and I have a
dial up 'net connection. The printer and the
modem are connected to the 7600 with wire. (a
different piece of wire for each though ;^)
I would like to access the net and the printer
without wire being in between them so I could for
example put the printer somewhere else and be
able to connect to the 'net form anywhere in the
houseMaybe use another computer which would also
use the same printer and 'net connection and also
not use wires to do so but the second computer is
not essential
I hope this sorts things out a bit?
thanks for so far
Michael
