Other times, it will abort with a > message that the following message: > > >Buffer Underrun Error. snip Could it be that you've set Toast's prefs to put the cache on another drive(or partition) or even upon a RAM Disk?, that now is either gone or perhaps unmounted? Or that the Sony DVD-R media is rated too fast for the burner to be able to handle?, which may be why the speeds are grayed out and unchooseable. I do believe the HD must have the contiguous space, but if'n it is 80% full or better, or even if'n it hasn't been optimized and the DT rebuilt lately, well then, you might wanna try those lil' ditties.
