After my PTP is booted up, it asks for a Comcast CD to be inserted. I put

in and shows up on my desktop. When I try to trash it, message says
installer is still running but it is not showing up. Computer is fine but

need to get it to stop asking for the disk. I had a similar problem years
ago but can not remember the solution
