Have you updated Toast to 5.2.3? May help. Also, what speed are
you trying to burn at?

Have you tried to up the cache level?

I also get some of the same errors when using "cheap" CD-Rs.

I am using a G3MT/300 with 512MB RAM and Toast 5.2.3 and an
internal SCSI Yamaha CRW8824S that used to be in a 6500/250.
