That "No sub folder" entry is used to keep it's parent leaf
expandable. If you remove it, when a user add a new sub folder to that
folder, you cannot expand the parent folder to navigate to the newly
added sub folder since it's not expandable. Some might argue that we
can use file alteration monitor here to detect newly added sub foders,
and make its parent leaf expandable accordingly. However this is not
possible with UNIX-like systems. File alteration monitor is a limited
resource, especially on BSDs. Give every leaf a file alteration
monitor can soonly used up all available monitors (< 1024 under some
systems).

An acceptable solution to this problem is, only give file monitors to
the visible leaf nodes. However, this requires a lot of dirty hacks,
and tree views and models can no longer be independent and
loosely-coupled. Doing this can break MVC pattern.
