    Sorry for intrusion. What I've found in source for pcmanfm currently
in Ubuntu Precise (which aren't in Git on SF) are:

01-libfm-0.1.14-API-changes.patch -- it replaces obsolete calls
    fm_path_new() with fm_path_new_for_str().

91-integrate-lxshortcut.patch -- it adds one more item in menu when
    right-clicked on empty space in directory view: 'Shortcut', which
    calls lxshortcut to make a new .desktop file in the directory.
    That is very handy BTW.

Haven't explored which patches there is in that PPA.
