The file is situated in the "wallpaper directory".
I tested with a full path, and the command doesn't work:

pcmanfm --set-wallpaper=/usr/share/lubuntu/wallpaper/test.png
pcmanfm -w /usr/share/lubuntu/wallpaper/test.png

Any help is welcome.
