The web site you quoted mentions a program called "Bounce Spam Mail" It uses
the "From:" header to send fake bounce messages to spammers to pretend your
address is invalid.
"From:" headers should NEVER be trusted in spam mail, or any other mail
message as they are the easiest to forge.
No problem with sub or indirect addressing.
