I just received a computer I bought from Computer Geeks. Not bad - 633
Celeron with a 12X Samsung DVD for under $300.
I knew it came with no software and installed most of what my father will
need (it is a present for him). However, I was hoping the DVD would show
DVD movies with the addition of Windows Media Player. Nope.... Guess I
need PowerDVD or similar software. I hate, however, to have to spend more
money for a feature that my father will seldom use.
Anyone know of any freeware DVD player software that will work with a
Samsung SD-612?
