Use another Windows PC and make a bootable floppy disk (format then copy
system files). Copy \Windows\Command\format.com and
\Windows\Command\fdsik.exe to this floopy. Start the old machines and boot
from the floppy you just made. Format and fdisk (create partitions) as needed.
