Attempting to install HP Deskjet 810C on new Win98 ME. It will print email or document headers only. Have tried every config in printer options for frames. Any possibility there's something wrong with newly-downloaded printer drivers from HP? Printer previously used on WebTV, and still works on that setup. This is not my machine, and the user is brand new to computers. I am attempting to help her online. She has already racked up phone time with HP support, but I don't think the tech she got was very helpful to a new user. She now has the printer installed twice, and neither work right. Thanks.
