Dear Cindy,
Umm I Don't think your breaking the law, unless someone tagged that download
as a flag(considered something illegal to view).
It is possible that you downloaded a v*rus, Have you run a scan?
It is also possible that a webpage got tagged to your computer....Try going
into your task manager and ending the task associated to that error if that
doesn't work go into your control panel under add and remove programs and
see if you have something that wasn't there before ie..my comet
cursor.....highlight it and remove it....
Lastly try removing the download that got you into the situation in the
first place...
