I have a Compaq 5140 with Windows 98 running. I believe due to something I installed (and since uninstalled), when clicking onto a link which makes a new browser window open, I am getting the browser window no larger than an 1 1/2 inch toolbar-at first I didn't think one was opened until I saw this tiny little thing on my screen. I then have to hit the maximize icon to get it to open. Has this happened to anyone else? I thought I could find a place in internet options to change this, but haven't. PLEASE HELP!
