Just to double-check I did attempt to make a new EBD from my desktop
(Win98SE) and the Control Panel/Add/Remove/Start Up Disk typical method did
ask for the Windows CD.  I think that must have occurred with Win98, because
I also don't remember a CD being previously required with Win95.
