If you have shell access then yes, you can use the Unix command rup, 
ruptime, uptime, rwho, etc.

Example(s):
no2:/opt2/home3/expita>uptime
   3:39pm  up 86 day(s),  6:05,  14 users,  load average: 0.73, 0.56, 0.45
[gboyd] ruptime
eskimo        up  5+03:46,    30 users,  load 2.53, 2.65, 2.71
