Have you tried using the right click menu from explorer? I just tried it. Created a zip file with two folders in it containing files. Right clicked on another folder and selected add to zip. Picked the zip I just made. It adds the folder. When I unzip the package, I have three folders. Instead of using the winzip interface use the right click menu in explorer.
