The print options in Opera 6 are as follows: Print..., Print Setup..., 
Print Options..., and Print Preview...  Do you have these four entries 
under File? Are you able to print properly from other browsers or just 
Opera?  All the print options within the Opera.ini file can be manipulated 
through File\Print Options...  Which printer do you have, there may be an 
issue with emulation drivers and Opera.  Have you submitted this issue to 
Opera support?  HTH
