I am considering upgrading from Outlook Express to Outlook 2001(I think..the one that comes with XP) I think I have all my options figured, except I would like to be able to reply to all messages in plain text, even the ones in HTML or RTF. I also have trouble finding the selection for each entry in the address book to 'send plain text only'. I send mail to many email lists which I need to specify plain text, though some people do not. I have the settings done for all new mail, but not for replies. In Outlook Express, there was an options to 'reply in format received' which I could uncheck.
