I have the same problem... I have Road Runner for my ISP and all of a sudden
two days ago I started getting an error message, 'This page cannot be
displayed. I can not afford a telephone as I am on very limited Social
Security and am Disabled. I can barely afford Road Runner. Now my problem is
that with no phone I can not be walked through the set up process for the
various setting in my IE. It says my settings should reflect those settings
provided by my ISP. Especially in the security section: SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0,
TLS 1.0 and PCT 10
Is there anyone here at PC Works that can help me. I have an AMD-K6 (tm)
Processor running at 350.75 MHz with 256 Megs of Ram using Win 98se
Any help especially from someone with Road Runner would be so helpful.
