There seems to be about three diferent sizes of these jumpers in common use and the two larger sizes are fairly easy to come by (I get mine, and other such items, from <http://www.cyberguys.com>). The smaller size, however, is more difficult to find. I've stripped a few off old dead HDD's and, just recently, got a bunch of them included with the return of an RMA'ed HDD.
