Thats it Clint...you are jinxed :)
Do you have the folder.htt in these folders: C:\Windows\Web, 
C:\Windows\System, C:\Windows\System32, C:\Program Files? I know the one 
for the Web folder does control the functionality for the entire windows 
installation so if you have deleted it then it could be creating 
irregularities in the system with it's loss. Also just because MS says that 
this file or that folder will change or not doesn't mean anything except 
that maybe the help manual is twice as thick with what ifs.
