What file are you looking for?  This would probably depend on
whether it's a 'hidden' file or not.

search for a file on the C:  drive and did not

When I use FIND and search in the C:\windows\Web
folder FIND will report it, but it still does not find

FIND found the file when searching the C: drive.

I renamed the folder back to Web and now FIND

Does the Web folder, when created by the browser,
have some special properties that hides it from
the FIND operation?
