Recently a company sent me a zip file as a attachment to an email.
The zipfile was intended to correct a fault in a prog supplied by that
company.
However when I clicked on the paper clip icon in Outlook Express both the
file and the "save Attachment" were greyed out.
I am running Zone Labs but cannot find zip files amongst the files that the
Email Protection is supposed to deal with.
I am also running AVG.
Would any of these progs be the reason for the greyed out files or is it
something else.
