Ralph, it is difficult to remove the user accounts built in on win2k unlike 
Novell where security control is far more complete. Unfortunately certain 
applications demand that you be logged in as administrator to install them, 
whereas other applications will install for all users.
I believe the only way around this is through the Synchronize Directory 
Data service, which is only available on the win2k server, advanced server, 
and data center server. It requires Active Directory to work and the Pro 
doesn't have it.
As for third party tools, perhaps someone else could offer some but I never 
bothered with it as the other accounts for my computer are all disabled.
