This same thing happened to me a couple of years ago and a good cleaning did the trick and have not had any problems since. I will send you to a site that has a 30 day evaluation application on RAM memory and you can download it and test your RAM or just open the case and do what i said. Try to use compressed air without graphite or a vacuum cleaner that is appropriate for the task..
