Not both. We don't (and won't) have cable here but we have a DSL provider.
And I write based on personal experience/experiments.

I didn't write that. I just said that noone can say for sure "DSL is
faster than Cable" or "Cable is faster than DSL" and require that this
argument has global power. There are cases where DSL is faster than Cable
and there are other ones where Cable is better than DSL.

I disagree. In some cases, DSL slowdowns too with every new subscriber in
the near area.
