PCWorks: email headers and other addresses

My favorite neice has put me on her "mailing list" at work. She sends her 
favorite verse daily to approximately 50 people. Problem is, all of our 
addresses are exposed in the header under the "To:" catagory. I feel that 
my privacy is compromised as I don't even know any of the other recipients.

How should she be sending these daily messages with respect to protecting 
each person's privacy?
