Those are Zone Alarm temp files and should be deleted automatically when you reboot. If you shut down Zone Alarm, you should be able to delete them. If not, you should be able to delete them in Safe Mode or from DOS. However, if they are small and not causing any problems, you might just want to leave them alone.
