Just to close the loop on this original message I also loaded MSN 8 on my
computer at home and found that ZA worked correctly there. I tried to copy
the settings and put them in on the office computer to no avail. I then
uninstalled my ZA in the office and reinstalled it and answered the messages
that ZA asks during the start up of MSN and it worked. So it must have been
a contaminated ZA.
Thanks for you help especially Gerry Boyd.
