Ted, As I can't see that you've had any other reply, here's my two pence worth: The slideshow programs I have looked at, including those which enable slides to be written to a CD in VCD and/or SVCD format for replay on a DVD player all have heir own inbuilt method of resizing, provided your originals are in a specific format, usually JPG. Here in Oz, one PC magazine recently distributed a full copy of Cybernetic's 'Power Producer 1.0', designed to create CDs for a DVD player and which I'm just now trying to find time to play with - never enough hours in the day once you retire...
