Helene, Why don't you just pack the whole lot up and send it back to Dell? cancel your purchase from the credit card company and start all over again. Go to a local store and have them build you a computer to your own specs. If you have a problem canceling, take some legal advice, I think enough is enough.
Regards Meir Well, the tech was here to install the motherboard, w/video card.. and it was NOT that.. Its the LCD.. So guess who is now awaiting a new monitor.. The motherboard is in.. and I dont know whether it's "that" or what.. but the tower is much noiser than before.. I can't wait to get the new one already.. cause it's really noisy.. I"m so fed up with this.. You know the expression.. If it wasn't for "bad luck.. I'd have no luck at all".. well, thats how I feel right now..
