Try Norton Anti-Virus. You sometimes have to spend money. Unless you want to do what he said.

I've been in the same position fixing friend's and co-worker's computers
more times than I like to count.

There is only one fool proof removal that works (it is a 3-step
process):

Find any data files and save them.
Use a boot CD or a boot floppy that has CD Drivers (98's Windows Rescue
Disk) and
Format C:
Reinstall OS......

I am working on a client's machine that was totally infested with
spyware,
tr-jans and v*r*ses (long story - no anti virus on machine). I've
installed
and run both AdAware and Spybot as well as the free AVG anti virus
program.

I've gotten it down to a point where a few tr-jans remain. Does anyone
know
of a good (preferably free) tr-jan remover?

Thanks, in advance.
