Phill, In mine I put the first date in like Aug 5, 2004 then I highlight several cells including the date I just put in then go to Edit>Fill>Series and enter 7 for increments and it will do the rest. Greetings All How does one fill a column with a series of (weekend) dates in Excel 2k? I seem to remember that it was just a question of highlighting the column, setting the step value to 7, and hey presto. That was in '97, tells you how far behind I am. Phill Argus South Gippsland Au.
