Every so often my puter will get to a stage where, when I
double-click
on ANYTHING, instead of opening the item it opens a menu with "Open" at the
top of the list, then I have to click a third time on "Open" to get the
file/program to open.
Anyone know how to stop this or what failing this may be a sign of?
Mine does this when I'm low on resources (Win98). A reboot fixes it.
