74,340,044,800 / 1024 / 1024 / 1024 = 69.2gb.  A "74gb" labeled HD is 69.2gb
in Windows.

What does your HD show in "Bytes" when right clicking it under "My Computer"
and looking at "Properties" and "Capacity"?  You'll see a large number in
BYTES, then to the right of that it will be in GB.

Take that number / 1024 / 1024 / 1024 = the amount that should be showing at
the left pane when you highlight the HD in My Computer (and in the capacity
area I mentioned above to the right of the large number in bytes).

Well, yeah, I kind of expected not to get the FULL 250, but I should get at
LEAST something quite close to it, like, say, 247.
