Exactly, and I don't know why that would be necessary anyway since Windows
has the "Accessibility Wizard" and "Magnifier", and XP has the "Narrator" and
MS Voice under "Speech".  For any that's totally blind, I would guess (if
they find a way to enforce it), it would start with alt text image tags,
which I already use.  Unless a site uses some strange screwed up Java &
frames (and many do), the XP Voice should be able to read any typical HTML
webpage.  I just tried "narrator" and it works.
