When it rebooted, did you still have both hard drives connected or did you disconnect one? I know from experience and talking with Norton Ghost gurus that you must disconnect one or else the paging files become corrupt. I also use Ghost to clone backup drives but I have now learned create the floppy disk boot to do it. Of course, you leave the floppy in (with the floppy as the first boot device) and when exiting from Ghost back to the A: drive prompt, you manually power off the computer, then disconnect one of the drives. Then remove the floppy disk and reboot with the single drive. What happens if you use the original drive? Do you obtain the same results?
