Hi Harold, I'd first triple-check to make sure the emails are being sent to the correct address.
As Clint noted, check for spam filters. It could be a filter of the intended recipient's ISP that the recipient can't control. A call to the recipient's ISP might help. Perhaps the recipient's ISP has a "bulk" mail folder where the messages are ending up. For example, Yahoo/SBC's "bulk" mail "feature" functions quite poorly and is impervious to "training".
