I remember posting problems with XP and WinFax Pro 10.02 and wondered if they have fixed them yet. This was probably 2 years ago. I just visited there site and they still have the same documents there about manual uninstall and all kinds of suggestions. Is anyone using this product successfully? I tried reinstalling it and ran into a problem with "user" error messages and so far none of there FAQ fix the problem.
