Temp Internet files are hidden by default. In explorer, go to Tools/Folder
options/View and check "Show hidden files and folders".
You can change the amount of space allocated in IE Tools/Internet Options
Temporary Internet files. Depending on your habits, as little as 10-20MB may
be sufficient.
You can also delete thse files with the Disk Cleanup tool.
