Ok, well I believe there's a link to "compare your results" or something like that, there used to be at least. I can't remember the exact link name, could have something like "...what does this mean?", etc.
If there's one thing in particular you don't understand, then just post it and I can tell you. HD results are going to be in transfer rates which is MB/sec or KB/sec, (Megabytes or Kilobytes per second) and the higher the better. I don't recall if they gave you an access time, if so, then the lower the better for it and it's in "ms" (milliseconds) and usually range from about 7ms for hi-end drives up to 16ms for not so hi-end drives.
